1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AstroFinanceHub ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including our website, dashboard, mobile applications, APIs, and all associated services.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You will use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2 Description of Services

AstroFinanceHub provides a subscription-based platform combining Vedic astrology, financial analysis, and market intelligence. Services include:

• Astrological charts: Natal charts, divisional charts, Panchanga (Hindu almanac), transit analysis, and KP system outputs generated using your birth data.
• Financial astrology insights: Astrological analysis applied to financial markets, sectors, and timing.
• Market signals: Subscription-based market-specific astrological indicators for selected global exchanges.
• Consultation services: One-to-one sessions with qualified astrologers and financial astrology consultants.
• Kundali & matchmaking: Compatibility analysis using Vedic principles.
• Community features: Discussion forums and knowledge sharing.
• Educational content: Articles, reports, and guides on financial astrology.

Access to specific features depends on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3 User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access at security@astrofinancehub.com.

3.3 One Account per Person

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain additional free trials, or exploit coupon offers is prohibited.

3.4 Account Transfer

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to another person.

4 Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and one-time) as displayed on our pricing page. Subscription features and limits are described at the time of purchase.

4.2 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time within the trial period without charge.

4.3 Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan interval. All charges are in the currency displayed at checkout.

4.4 Refunds & Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Continuing to use the Service after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.

4.6 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

4.7 Coupons & Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms. They are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content or service without authorisation.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
• Use the Platform for investment advice without independent professional verification.
• Post harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content in community features.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or payment controls.
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6 Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

All content on the Platform — including software, design, graphics, text, algorithms, astrological methodologies, reports, and data — is owned by or licensed to AstroFinanceHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. community posts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.4 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used to improve the Platform without compensation to you.

7 Disclaimers

• Nothing on the Platform should be construed as advice to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument.
• Astrological predictions are speculative in nature. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results.
• Always consult a qualified financial adviser, tax professional, or regulated broker before making investment decisions.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroFinanceHub and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from reliance on astrological content or financial insights.
• Any investment or financial loss based on information from the Platform.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroFinanceHub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any content you submit to the Platform.

10 Termination

10.1 By You

You may close your account at any time via Account Settings. Deletion of your account will cancel any active subscriptions at the end of the current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or actions that harm other users or the Platform. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Data retained after account deletion is governed by our Data Retention Policy. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue in effect.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@astrofinancehub.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and/or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
